The database upgrade is now completed.

Various checks and optimisations are not proceeding behind the scenes, but the application is now available to use again.

The database upgrade is still ongoing but is progressing as expected and is entering the final stages.

To continue to provide our high uptime and to increase capacity and reduce performance issues we are required to perform a database upgrade.

This is scheduled to take 1 hour, and will be performed at the low traffic time of 8pm on Tuesday 24th May.

We will restore a snapshot of the database in advance of the upgrade and have access to snapshots to additionally restore from right up until the upgrade of necessary.

We will endeavour to keep the downtime to an absolute minimum and we are on hand if there are any questions.
