We have had confirmation from Courier API that the ongoing issues are now resolved, but we are continuing to monitor for anymore potential issues.

We have had confirmation from Courier API that services are running stable once again. They were experiencing increased latency at one of their data centres, which caused the original issue. This has since been resolved and we will continue to monitor for any further issues.

The courier service is currently experiencing performance issues, which is affecting shipments, and label generation for some courier integrations. We're chasing for updates on this and will keep you informed as the issue progresses.

We've had confirmation from Cloudflare that these issues are now resolved. The issues occurred mainly between 8:59-9:08 this morning.
