Normal FTP service has been resumed, and SFTP support has been implemented.

To continue to support preferred methods of data retrieval and ingestion into the platform, we are rolling out SFTP support alongside the current FTP protocol.

This may cause an interruption to the FTP service the attached times, where the FTP service may be intermittently unavailable.

When the work is complete no changes are immediately required to be made, and SFTP migration can then be performed in your own time at your own discretion.
